Tony Peyser's poems are seen regularly in Lighten Up Online, the British journal of comic verse. A poem of his was in the 2016 anthology The Poet's Quest for God. He additionally had poems appear in The Poetry Writer’s Guide to the Galaxy in 2017 and Dear Mr. President in 2018. In 2018, he was also part of Pasadena public radio station KPCC’s Unheard L.A. literary event. In 2019, “Only Commies Cut Corners” was a semi-finalist for the Word Works Washington Book Prize. He writes daily poems about politics on Twitter that can be found @tonytonypeyser. He lives with his wife and son in Altadena, California.​
