Allissa Hertz has been a volunteer Associate Editor for Inverted Syntax, Art and Literary Journal for the past three years. She was nominated for Sounder Press' 2020 Best Small Fictions and her work is published in december, Progenitor, The A3 Review & Press, The Esthetic Apostle, and elsewhere.
Allissa has an MFA in Creative Writing from Regis University and a BFA in Creative Writing and BA in Speech-Theater from Arkansas Tech University. She works as a technical writer and is pursing a 3rd BA, this time in Computer Science.
